each week the cosmos lights a candle bearing a name. it appears in the long vigil of the well, where others may witness it. the candle burns until you choose to extinguish it, or until the cosmos itself dims.

if you stop it, the candle burns seven more days and then goes dark — we email you when it does. if a payment fails it begins to dim that same day.

the name to be remembered a single name, as you would whisper it.
